About the role

160over90 is seeking a confident Graphic Designer who can translate conceptual visions into innovative, dynamic, and memorable creative solutions across experiential, integrated campaigns and digital/social media. You will work within a diverse, cross‑disciplinary team to deliver on‑brand work that stands out.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts from brief to final product, managing workload under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with strategists, creative directors, art directors, project managers, production, account leads, and event production teams.
• Present and advocate creative ideas to leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
• Support junior designers and ensure high‑quality output with attention to detail.
• Contribute to both in‑house creative teams and freelance specialists to deliver impactful work.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Proactive interest in design, creativity, and broader cultural topics such as fashion, sport, music, entertainment, and art.
• Curiosity for unique, buzz‑worthy, and culturally relevant ideas.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and maintain inclusive work culture.
