Graphic Designer & In‑Store Marketing Coordinator

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer & Coordinator to join its In‑Store Marketing team at the Memorial City Mall location. This six‑month temporary position blends creative design work with hands‑on store support, helping to elevate the flagship experience in both Houston and Dallas stores.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and adapt printed in‑store marketing assets such as signage, easels, flyers, panels, and weekly promotional materials.
• Collaborate with Store Teams, Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and external vendors to ensure timely production and installation of assets.
• Manage the full execution cycle for all marketing assets in Texas stores, meeting deadlines and maintaining brand standards.
• Prepare production files, order forms, and coordinate with external vendors and the SSC In‑Store Marketing Coordinator.
• Support daily store operations when not designing, including manager on duty duties, customer service, replenishment, and cash‑wrap responsibilities.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design and ability to translate brand guidelines into print‑ready assets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects across two store locations.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Flexibility to work on the sales floor and handle operational tasks as needed.
