Graphic Designer – Full‑time, Los Angeles

About the role

SHEGLAM is looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer to join its Los Angeles corporate office. The role focuses on creating visual content that supports the brand’s e‑commerce, social, and retail initiatives while maintaining a consistent, trend‑driven aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce design assets for digital graphics, print, paid ads, organic social media, website landing pages, email, SMS, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate project requirements into on‑brand creative solutions.
• Maintain visual identity and brand guidelines across all deliverables.
• Organize design files and assets for easy access and version control.
• Create, edit, and resize video assets for advertising and offline displays.
• Assist on‑site during photo and video shoots to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor beauty, fashion, TikTok, and marketing trends and report insights to guide strategy.
• Visit local stores to stay updated on product packaging and shelf designs.
• Contribute to product packaging concepts, including 2D and 3D renderings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design work across digital, packaging, and print mediums.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
