Graphic Designer – eCommerce Team

About the role

Snap! Mobile is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its eCommerce team. You will translate client branding into personalized eCommerce websites and create web‑ and print‑ready assets that support a seamless customer experience from site launch through order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the eCommerce Operations Manager to execute department strategy.
• Convert client‑provided assets into web‑ and print‑ready files that meet production specifications.
• Maintain a consistent user experience across personalized eCommerce sites.
• Manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Fulfill eCommerce orders, troubleshoot production errors, and handle workload queues in Zendesk, Jira, and Netsuite.
• Design seasonal initiatives to boost customer engagement.

• Effective written and verbal communication.
