Graphic Designer – Creative

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to shape visual storytelling across digital, print, and brand experiences. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into compelling visual assets that support the company’s mission of revolutionizing electric aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and translate project goals into visual designs.
• Design and produce assets for print, digital campaigns, web, and brand moments.
• Create polished, production‑ready files using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, web) and external vendors to execute designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback to ensure high‑impact outcomes.
• Maintain consistency of BETA’s visual brand across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional design experience in an in‑house or agency setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, range, and attention to detail.
• Excellent visual composition, typography, and layout skills.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
