Graphic Designer – Contract (Advertising Team)

About the role

We are seeking a contract Graphic Designer to join a fast‑moving advertising team. You will create compelling visual assets across digital, print, packaging, social, and in‑store formats while ensuring brand consistency across multiple campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and final design assets for digital content, print collateral, promotional items, retail displays, packaging, and motion‑based deliverables.
• Produce several creative directions per project, translate briefs into high‑quality work, and refine concepts based on feedback.
• Retouch and optimize photo and video assets for social platforms, ensuring they are on‑brand and channel‑specific.
• Manage multiple active assignments, coordinate priorities, and keep project files organized.
• Maintain visual consistency across campaigns, even when supporting multiple product lines.
• Contribute ideas during creative reviews and help solve design challenges.
• Prepare production‑ready files that meet handoff standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor design trends, content performance practices, and emerging AI‑enabled tools.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising agency, design studio, or in‑house marketing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or comparable motion‑design software.
• Familiarity with AI‑supported creative tools and openness to new workflows.
