Graphic Designer – Brand Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking, creative Graphic Designer to join the Brand Partnerships division of Guess?, Inc. The role supports corporate advertising across print, collateral, and promotional materials, collaborating with product, licensing, visual merchandising, retail development and public relations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and design advertising projects, including print ads, brochures, collateral and logos.
• Create design prototypes according to the corporate advertising schedule and review them with the Art Director before final approval.
• Coordinate with external vendors, manage the production process and ensure timely project completion.
• Assemble seasonal advertising inventory and guidelines after review.
• Handle graphic design requests from multiple departments, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Review print and outdoor submissions from product licensees and international partners for brand compliance.
• Research competitor advertising, store displays and emerging graphic design trends, including packaging.
• Work independently, taking full ownership of design concepts, implementation and final delivery.

• Ability to think conceptually and apply a single creative idea across multiple channels.

Required skills

• Basic print production and pre‑press knowledge.
• Experience with AI‑driven design tools (generative design, image creation, asset enhancement, workflow automation).
• Familiarity with emerging creative technologies and modern marketing design trends.
