Graphic Design & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Design & Video Editor to bring our real‑estate brand to life through high‑quality visual content. You will work closely with agents and leadership to produce marketing materials that promote listings, strengthen our brand, and support recruiting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, postcards, digital ads, presentations, signage, and other branded assets.
• Create and edit engaging video content for social media, YouTube, websites, email campaigns, and agent promotions.
• Assist with photography, videography, and post‑production editing for listings, events, and company marketing.
• Maintain and update company websites and social media platforms with fresh visual content.
• Organize digital assets, templates, photos, videos, and brand resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven ability to lead marketing strategy and deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and AI‑powered design tools.
