Graphic Artist / Illustrator – Apparel

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Artist / Illustrator to join our creative team and produce original artwork for licensed apparel, headwear, and accessories. The role blends strong illustration ability with technical knowledge of apparel decoration methods to deliver production‑ready graphics that meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create original graphics and illustrations for apparel and accessories.
• Translate concepts, references, and brand guidelines into production‑ready artwork.
• Prepare print‑ready files for screen print, embroidery, appliqué, jacquard, sublimation and other embellishment techniques.
• Adapt licensed artwork to garment silhouettes and decoration methods.
• Produce CADs, mock‑ups, and presentation materials for internal and customer review.
• Ensure artwork complies with technical requirements for domestic and offshore production.
• Collaborate with sales, product development and licensing teams on new graphic concepts and seasonal assortments.
• Revise artwork based on feedback from licensors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized file structures and version control.

Required profile

• Experience in graphic design or illustration, preferably within apparel.
• Strong illustration ability with a keen eye for typography and layout.
• Understanding of garment construction, print limitations and apparel decoration techniques.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with licensed brands is a plus.
