Graphic and Brand Designer

About the role

Skillable is seeking a Graphic and Brand Designer to support its Marketing goals. Working fully remotely, you will partner with the Communications and Marketing Directors to create visual assets that reflect the company’s brand and engage target audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for internal and external marketing channels, including email blasts, social media posts, event graphics, infographics, ads, brochures, and presentations.
• Partner with the Communications Director and Marketing Director to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of projects.
• Manage multiple project priorities, establish timelines, and conduct strict copy‑editing reviews of all materials.
• Contribute to brand strategy development and create visual content for online presence.
• Support PR/AR activities by scheduling communications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining vendor and media relationships.
• Create promotional assets such as email templates, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing graphics.
• Own and maintain the social media calendar, publishing posts and upholding visual identity standards.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports to evaluate the effectiveness of branding and communication efforts.
• Disseminate internal brand and graphic assets and collaborate with marketing leadership on strategic OKRs.
• Represent Skillable professionally during webinars, customer meetings, and corporate events.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering graphic design projects for marketing and broader organizational needs.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and translate brand guidelines into visual assets.
• Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience creating and managing social media visual content and calendars.
• Capability to produce and analyze reports on branding effectiveness.
• Comfortable representing the company in webinars, client meetings, and events.
