Graduate Specialist Program – Design Engineering

About the role

The Graduate Specialist Program – Design Engineering is a full‑time, rotational development program for recent engineering graduates. Over four strategically designed rotations you will gain hands‑on experience across valve design, manufacturing engineering, product resource management and quality & purchasing, preparing you for a specialist or project‑lead role within HydraForce.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four personalized rotations, including one at another U.S. Bosch facility.
• Work on technical and project‑based assignments that span the full product lifecycle from concept to serial production.
• Take ownership of deliverables from day one and balance operational execution with strategic problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in engineering and operations.
• Participate in mentorship sessions with senior leaders and peer onboarding activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• High potential to grow into technical or managerial leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work in a fast‑paced, rotational environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
