Graduate Software Engineer Program – Boca Raton

About the role

The Tech Accelerate Graduate Program is a 12‑month, two‑rotation experience for new graduates interested in software engineering. Participants work on real projects in big data, AI, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, and security engineering while gaining exposure to leading cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Write and review specifications for simple system components.
• Implement code following best practices and participate in code reviews under senior guidance.
• Operate in various development environments and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Fix bugs and apply test‑driven development techniques.
• Gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
• Resolve basic technical issues and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software development methodologies and data manipulation languages.
