Graduate Architect – Entry Level

About the role

WGI is looking for an entry‑level Graduate Architect to join its Tampa office. You will work on a variety of public and private projects, collaborating with experienced associates while developing your professional skills in a supportive, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of architectural documents, including plans, specifications, visualizations, and reports.
• Generate design concepts and 3D visualizations using industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with senior team members on project development and coordination.
• Participate in virtual meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Required profile

• 5‑year professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, on a licensure track.
• 0‑3 years of experience working in an architectural firm.
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
• Effective verbal communication and technical writing abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Twinmotion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
