About the role
Infosys is seeking a Google Cloud Developer to join its Engineering unit in Charlotte, NC. You will work on cutting‑edge AI‑driven contact‑center solutions built on Google Cloud technologies, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.
Key responsibilities
- Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
- Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
- Develop, code, and integrate new features while ensuring system stability.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories, and implement test strategies.
- Analyze test results, coordinate bug fixes, and uphold software quality standards.
- Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
- Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
- Maintain detailed records of code changes, testing techniques, and support activities.
Required profile
- Strong collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
- Proven talent for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Passion for design, hands‑on coding, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and integrating software components.
