Global Transaction Banking Cash Management Structuring Lead - VP

About the role

The Global Transaction Banking Cash Management Structuring Lead – Vice President will act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and internal stakeholders, designing and coordinating complex cash‑management solutions that support treasury, working‑capital and operational goals. This senior role bridges Sales, Product, Implementation, Operations, Technology and Client Service teams to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of treasury solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the structuring of complex cash‑management opportunities and client engagements.
• Partner with Sales and Coverage teams to identify client needs and develop tailored treasury solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand treasury workflows, cash‑flow requirements, payment processes, receivables structures and liquidity objectives.
• Design end‑to‑end cash‑management solutions leveraging payments, receivables, liquidity management, account services and digital channels.
• Prepare solution proposals, client presentations, business cases and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to validate and execute solution structures.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert during client presentations, RFP responses and strategic treasury discussions.
• Support implementation teams to ensure structured solutions are accurately documented and transitioned.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional product utilization and treasury advisory.

Required profile

• Vice President‑level experience in cash‑management or transaction banking.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams to deliver treasury solutions.
