Global Trade Compliance Manager – Commercial Aircraft Group

About the role

Moog is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager to join the Commercial Aircraft Group. The role will support both domestic and international business opportunities, developing and implementing complex trade compliance strategies while ensuring adherence to global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Commercial Aircraft Group to assess and manage trade compliance for high‑volume, fast‑paced operations.
• Serve as liaison between the Aircraft Regional Trade Compliance Manager and cross‑functional teams including Business Development, Supply Chain, Contracts, Engineering, and Finance.
• Develop and communicate trade compliance strategies, align priorities, and allocate resources across U.S. and international units.
• Monitor and interpret U.S. and global trade laws, ensuring the business meets all regulatory requirements.
• Drive alignment and collaboration among stakeholders to support commercial aircraft initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in International Business, Global Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of direct export/import experience and knowledge of trade regulations.
• At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to work across multiple business units.
