Global Supply Chain Innovation Manager

About the role

As a Manager, Global Supply Chain – Innovation you will be embedded within the Global Sourcing team and work closely with the Upstream Innovation, Brand, Growth, Customer Supply Chain and R&D teams. You will plan and optimise inventory, forecast demand, monitor product performance and develop ordering strategies to ensure on‑time and in‑full delivery for fast‑moving innovation launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality demand, supply, logistics and distribution inputs with cross‑functional partners to create an assumption‑based inventory plan.
• Optimize service and inventory levels by SKU across the supply‑chain network (contract manufacturers, in‑transit, distribution centres).
• Model scenarios autonomously, assess impacts of changes to demand, supply and network assumptions, and iterate quickly as product performance evolves.
• Generate and report key performance indicators to Brand and Growth teams while flagging potential roadblocks.
• Place purchase orders and interface with external partners to secure correct lead times and on‑time production.

Required profile

• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop demand and supply plans.
• Strong analytical ability to model scenarios and interpret KPI data.
• Proven track record of managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
