Global Services Business Development Leader (B5)

About the role

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions, designing and servicing equipment for semiconductor and display manufacturing. The Business Development role drives growth and profitability for Applied Global Services across multiple customers and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction and accountability for service business growth and profitability across multiple customers and regions.
• Acts as the primary interface between sales and service business units, formulating and coordinating division strategy to achieve market share and profitability targets.
• Translates customer roadmaps and high‑value priorities into product development priorities and positions AGS products to meet specifications.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing product, service, and process portfolios.
• Proven ability to build trust as a go‑to partner, make critical decisions, and drive regional business growth.
• Strong analytical skills to process multidisciplinary data and translate market requirements into engineering specifications.

What we offer

• Salary range: $180,500 – $248,000 per year.
