Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator

About the role

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator will ensure seamless customer service and incident management for Saronic Technologies. You will monitor physical security systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to protect maritime operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to physical security incidents in real time.
• Coordinate with Risk Intelligence, IT, and InfoSec during incident response.
• Notify incident commanders and follow escalation protocols.
• Participate in regular training and incident‑response exercises.
• Report system malfunctions to the Security Systems team and conduct basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a culture of customer‑service excellence.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Studies or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a physical security role.
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills across business units.
