Global Program Manager - Commercial Life Sciences

About the role

Veeva is seeking an industry and customer expert to deliver solutions that connect sales, marketing, and medical functions. The Global Program Manager will lead the delivery of Veeva’s Commercial Cloud for a major life‑sciences customer, working from customer sites, home office, and off‑site meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Own service delivery accountability for Veeva’s Commercial product line at one of the largest customers.
• Partner with customer leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to define deployment, governance, and transformation road‑maps.
• Establish post‑deployment application management processes.
• Support implementation proposals and negotiate services contracts.
• Coordinate Customer Success Manager activities to drive product value and adoption.
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities.

Required profile

• 7+ years of large‑scale program management experience in the pharmaceutical commercial space (sales, medical affairs, marketing).
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Proven track record leading diverse global teams to deliver complex technology implementations with measurable business results.
• Experience developing technology strategy and road‑maps for large pharma customers.
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to interpret information objectively and influence at the executive level.
• Excellent problem‑resolution, negotiation, and ambiguity‑management capabilities.
• Effective at organizing and galvanizing disparate groups, maintaining program cadence.
• Based in Eastern or Central Time Zone and able to travel up to 50% of the time.
