Global Compensation Partner – Hybrid (Buffalo, NY)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Global Compensation Partner to join its Rewards Team. This strategic position works within the Compensation Center of Expertise, providing market intelligence, regulatory insight, and best‑practice guidance to shape the company’s compensation strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, delivering global market trends and insights.
• Translate external compensation practices into actionable recommendations for local implementation.
• Lead the Global Compensation Council, fostering a community of practice across regions.
• Manage projects that align local pay programs with the global compensation philosophy.
• Support the development and rollout of the global pay‑transparency roadmap in partnership with Legal, HR, and Communications.
• Monitor global compensation trends, labor‑market data, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation, preferably within a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory compliance, pay equity and works‑council engagement.
• Proven ability to synthesize data and market insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to live in or relocate to the Buffalo, NY area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Experience using compensation analytics tools.
• Familiarity with salary survey platforms.
