Global Clearing Product Control Associate

About the role

Join a dynamic team at the forefront of global derivatives clearing, regulatory reform, and market innovation. As a Global Clearing Product Control Associate, you will own profit & loss reporting and risk analysis for the Global Futures & Options and OTC Clearing business, supporting both daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily P&L and month‑end close processes for the Clearing Desk.
• Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance leadership.
• Partner with the business to implement robust controls and support new initiatives.
• Coordinate with back‑office functions to resolve control and reporting issues promptly.
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control.
• Ensure adherence to Corporate & Investment Bank product controller standards and remediate gaps.
• Compile and distribute Management Information Systems, including monthly financials and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and drive operational change.
