Global Account Manager – Energy Sector

About the role

The Global Account Manager will lead Parker's global customer accounts within the Energy market, focusing on oil and gas clients. Working across multiple business groups, you will develop and execute solution strategies that align with customer needs while driving sales growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global customer relationships and agreements, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Develop comprehensive market intelligence reports and keep internal teams informed of industry trends.
• Negotiate long‑term global contracts, including terms, conditions, and pricing, coordinating across Parker divisions.
• Gather and analyze forecast data to identify new revenue and margin opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by directing resources to meet global solution requirements.
• Create and implement detailed business plans covering sales growth, technology, pricing, and margin strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in major account or business management, preferably with OEM customers.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
