Glaucoma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Glaucoma Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to cover the Tampa, FL territory. You will drive disease awareness, support patient access, and grow sales for our eye‑care portfolio while working remotely in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Build disease awareness with key physicians and practitioners.
• Collaborate on prior authorizations, payor restrictions, and reimbursement to ensure patient access.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan, managing budget and tracking performance.
• Maintain compliant, medically relevant programs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Visit and manage accounts across the territory, establishing strong relationships with opinion leaders.
• Coordinate trainings, product presentations, and educational events.
• Prospect new accounts and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, field‑based environment.
• Willingness to travel within the Tampa territory.
