GIS DevSecOps Engineer – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a GIS DevSecOps Engineer at the Senior Associate level to deliver consulting services that help clients optimise operational efficiency through geographic information systems. You will work with Esri’s ArcGIS suite to analyse, manage and visualise spatial data across sectors such as urban planning, environmental management, natural resource exploration and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and implement Esri software solutions for geographic data management.
• Develop, maintain and visualise GIS architecture using ArcGIS to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with clients to optimise operational processes through tailored business‑application consulting.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration of GIS tools into client operations.
• Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems and generate innovative GIS‑driven solutions.
• Build and nurture meaningful client relationships, anticipating evolving needs.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in GIS, software consulting or related fields.
• Preference for an MBA or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Geophysics, Information Technology or related disciplines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS and other Esri mapping software.
• Strong GIS and geographic data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
