Generative AI Engineer – Talent Pool

About the role

MCI is seeking an innovative Generative AI Engineer to join its growing AI team. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative technologies to improve customer experiences and automate complex workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch Generative AI applications that address business challenges.
• Develop AI‑powered services and APIs that integrate LLM capabilities into products and processes.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Integrate foundation models and third‑party AI platforms into enterprise systems, monitoring performance and optimizing prompts, workflows, and configurations.
• Evaluate output quality, conduct testing, and implement enhancements to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Create intelligent workflows that automate manual tasks, increase scalability, and connect AI solutions with internal systems, APIs, and data sources.

• Innovative and technically skilled professional with a passion for emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders.
