About the role

The General Manager leads a high‑volume restaurant, ensuring profitability while delivering McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness. You will set strategic goals, develop your team and create a positive guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive restaurant profitability and meet financial targets.
• Maintain McDonald’s critical customer standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Set and track restaurant goals in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead, coach and develop Department Managers and Shift Managers.
• Oversee hiring, training and performance management of the restaurant team.
• Ensure scheduling, staffing and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven General Manager experience in a high‑volume quick‑service or hospitality environment.
• Strong background in restaurant operations, budgeting and staff development.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a culture of excellence.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
