About the role

The General Manager, Operations will lead a market that includes multiple service territories, overseeing a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional care to clients, caregivers and partners. Reporting on operational effectiveness, the role drives strategy, execution and growth while ensuring quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across several territories to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor and improve operational metrics, quality standards, and growth targets.
• Partner with Client Managers and Care Professionals to enhance client satisfaction and partner relationships.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the market at community events and key gatherings.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing multi‑territory operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work Pacific or Mountain Time business hours and occasional evenings or weekends.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to market locations.
