General Manager – New Franklin Location

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of our newest boutique dog hotel in Franklin, Tennessee. This hands‑on leader will build a strong team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive growth for our expanding brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the launch and day‑to‑day management of the Franklin location.
• Recruit, train and develop a team of ~12 full‑ and part‑time staff.
• Establish a culture focused on hospitality, accountability and care.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs and overall operations.
• Deliver outstanding customer and pet experiences.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well‑organized facility.
• Handle inventory, supply ordering and facility upkeep.
• Build relationships with the local community through outreach and partnerships.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on operational improvements and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership or people‑management experience.
• Strong operational and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• High integrity, reliability and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
