General Manager – Denver

About the role

As the General Manager of F1 Arcade in Denver, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a unique venue where dining and high‑energy entertainment intersect. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will set strategic direction, drive profitability and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, integrating dining and entertainment services while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and implement cost‑control and revenue‑generation initiatives.
• Recruit, train and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Develop and uphold service standards that deliver memorable, guest‑first experiences.
• Create and execute short‑ and long‑term strategies aligned with the brand’s vision to position F1 Arcade as a market leader.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment or a related fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record in operational management, financial oversight and team development.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, identify growth opportunities and streamline processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire staff and engage guests.
