Games Marketing Manager – Kids Games

About the role

Netflix is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution for its Kids Games portfolio. You will drive awareness, engagement, and player acquisition for games aimed at children aged 6‑8 and their parents, positioning Netflix as a go‑to destination for family‑friendly gaming.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute marketing strategy for a diverse Kids game portfolio, including IP‑based, casual, and simulation titles.
• Develop positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market plans that resonate with young audiences and differentiate Netflix games.
• Run integrated campaigns across social media, in‑app, email, partnerships and other channels to boost awareness and acquisition.
• Collaborate with game development, product, and creative teams to translate each title’s value proposition into compelling marketing.
• Work with consumer insights and data analytics to understand player behavior and inform strategy.
• Partner with broader Netflix marketing functions (creative, PR, social, partnerships) to leverage resources.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently and report on performance metrics.
• Identify cross‑promotion opportunities with Netflix TV and film content.
• Stay current on how children discover games and adapt channel strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Ability to translate audience insights into marketing that builds confidence and excitement.
