Full‑Time OB/GYN Physician – Glendale, AZ

About the role

Unified Women’s Healthcare, through its affiliated practice Desert West OBGYN, is seeking a full‑time OB/GYN physician to join a thriving, physician‑owned group in Glendale, Arizona, starting Fall 2027. The position offers a true quality‑of‑life schedule with limited call and the chance to work in a large, supportive network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population.
• Participate in deliveries and surgical cases at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center, including use of the robotic surgical system.
• Collaborate with a team of 12 OB/GYNs, 3 hospitalists, and 8 advanced practice providers for mentorship and joint procedures.
• Maintain continuity of care across outpatient clinics and the hospital setting.
• Engage in on‑call rotations (approximately 4‑5 shifts per month) covering a single hospital.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Current unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain).
• Current unrestricted DEA license (or ability to obtain).
• Graduating OB/GYN residents (2027) or practicing physicians seeking a new opportunity.

Required skills

• Experience with robotic surgical systems.
