Full‑Time Maintenance Technician – Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join our Miami hotel team. In this full‑time position you will ensure all building systems and equipment operate smoothly while providing prompt service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Review maintenance requests, complaints and work orders to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Conduct proactive inspections of the property to identify current and potential issues.
• Plan and execute ongoing maintenance programs, including scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Perform routine exterior building upkeep.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance role with exposure to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Self‑directed with the ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job.
