About the role

Join Restaurant Associates as a full‑time Food Service Worker at the JPMorgan Chase location in Midtown Manhattan. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food to a professional clientele while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients according to recipes.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays between work stations, stove, and refrigerator safely.
• Store food following proper wrapping, dating, rotation, and food‑safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain sanitation standards.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Follow approved recipes and portion‑control guidelines to ensure consistent quality and serving temperatures.
• Serve customers courteously and efficiently, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Adhere to company service standards, inventory controls, and cash handling procedures.
• Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food service or a similar hospitality role.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food‑safety practices.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
