Full‑Time Caregiver (CNA/HCA) with Benefits

About the role

Journey Nursing Services is seeking full‑time caregivers (CNA or HCA) to provide hands‑on patient care in homes, facilities, or adult family homes. The position includes on‑call rotation and offers a benefits package after a short tenure.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in on‑call caregiver rotation and provide direct patient care at the assigned location.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, take vital signs, and perform delegated nursing tasks.
• Promote skin integrity, prevent pressure ulcers, and follow infection‑control procedures.
• Maintain patient dignity, respect personal property, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA or HCA license valid in Washington State (training can be provided on‑site).
• Good standing with Washington DSHS Background Check System.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with insurance if providing client transport.
