Full‑Time Behavior Technician (BHT)

About the role

NeurAbilities Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BHT) to work full‑time with children and adolescents in clinic, home, or school settings. You will apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients develop communication, social, and independent living skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one ABA therapy sessions in various environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• Support clients in improving communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain client materials and ensure a therapeutic relationship.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 6 months of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation for travel to multiple service locations.

Required skills

• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
