Fullstack Software Engineer – New Graduate

About the role

Hadrian is seeking a recent graduate to join its engineering team as a Fullstack Software Engineer. You will work on the software backbone of autonomous factories, contributing to both customer‑facing applications and internal tools that drive production.

Key responsibilities

• Build and improve full‑stack features for internal tools, dashboards, and customer‑facing workflows using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Contribute to backend services, REST APIs, and data pipelines used by engineering, operations, and quality teams.
• Design and implement UI components that provide real‑time visibility into production workflows, capacity, and program status.
• Collaborate directly with internal and external customers to shape the product roadmap.
• Write clean, well‑tested code across the stack and participate in code reviews.
• Identify technical risks and take part in architectural discussions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more languages or frameworks across the stack (e.g., TypeScript, React, Python, Go).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort with ambiguous technical challenges.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, highly ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Los Angeles, CA.
