FullStack Developer

About the role

You will join a fully remote development team building an AI‑powered training and communication SaaS platform for frontline workers. The position involves delivering both backend services and frontend user interfaces, taking clear ownership of well‑defined problems and shipping high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support code across backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Contribute to architecture and design discussions, evaluating trade‑offs for scaling, reliability and maintainability.
• Build responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES2017), TypeScript and React.
• Develop backend services in Java and Go, focusing on performance and data quality.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity.
• Participate in code reviews, provide and receive feedback, and flag technical debt.
• Break down development tasks into manageable pieces and execute them reliably.
• Collaborate with Product Management and QA to refine requirements and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Required profile

• Based in a Latin American country.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• 4+ years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Solid experience with React and TypeScript, including SPA patterns.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Go, with experience using relational databases (MySQL) and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with AI coding assistants.
