Full-Time Trainer & Facilitator (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer & Facilitator to deliver high‑impact learning experiences that boost employee development, product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer experience. The role involves both virtual and in‑person instruction, coaching, and ongoing learner support across a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training in virtual and classroom settings.
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for agents, team leaders, ambassadors, and support staff.
• Lead discussions, role‑plays, exercises, and knowledge checks to reinforce objectives.
• Coach learners on product knowledge, sales behaviors, and customer‑experience best practices.
• Provide follow‑up sessions, huddles, and ongoing support to reinforce concepts.
• Assess learner understanding and adapt facilitation techniques for diverse audiences.
• Partner with training and operational leaders to meet performance goals.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and required documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching, sales, or customer service.
• Confident presenter comfortable with groups of varying sizes.
• Strong public‑speaking, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage audiences, manage classroom dynamics, and drive participation.
• Experience delivering virtual training via video‑conferencing platforms.
