Full-Time Supervisor – Mall of America, Bloomington, MN

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join the store management team at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, visual standards, and safety compliance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and brand heritage.
• Ability to support, assist, and coach team members effectively.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
• Capacity to handle physical demands of the role.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
