Full-Time Suite Attendant – Luxury Oceanfront Resort

About the role

As a Suite Attendant at Fairmont Kea Lani, you will be the first point of contact for guests staying in our ocean‑front suites. Working in a luxury resort environment on Maui’s south shore, you will ensure each suite is immaculate, welcoming and ready for a memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest suites according to Fairmont standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation and window washing.
• Refresh linens, replenish amenities, and arrange guest belongings neatly.
• Report any maintenance issues, damaged items or missing inventory.
• Handle side‑work such as garbage removal, furniture moving and special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any malfunctions.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a genuine desire to make guests feel special.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Physical ability to lift, carry and operate housekeeping equipment safely.

Required skills

• Manual dexterity for handling cleaning tools and equipment.
