Full-Time Store Supervisor – Retail Outlet

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor for its Levis® Outlet at Twin Cities Premium Outlets in Eagan, MN. The Supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach, mentor and develop associate team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, merchandising and visual standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and motivate store associates.
• Reliability – must have dependable transportation and be able to work flexible retail hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Required skills

• Ability to follow store policies and directives.
• Basic math and cash‑handling proficiency.
