Full-Time Store Supervisor – Manhattan Beach

About the role

The Store Supervisor will ensure operational excellence in a busy Manhattan Beach retail location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead daily store procedures, support sales goals, and foster an engaging, collaborative environment for both customers and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and financial plans while emphasizing employee engagement.
• Open and close the store, drive process adoption, and resolve customer concerns positively.
• Assess and strategize performance metrics such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining store team members.
• Onboard new hires on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, and selling culture.
• Maintain flawless visual presentation according to corporate direction and suggest merchandising adaptations.
• Manage product inventory through accurate receiving, sending, price changes, RTVs, markdowns, and transfers.
• Educate associates on customer service standards to prevent losses and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach and develop staff, providing growth opportunities and handling minor employee relations issues.
• Uphold Beyond Yoga and LS&Co. policies, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Collaborate with Home Office and local community on events to boost brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead a retail team and drive sales performance.
• Strong understanding of store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
