About the role

Key responsibilities

• Treat customers and teammates with respect, fostering a positive work environment.

• Support the sales leader during non‑peak hours, keeping the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with employees to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Develop product‑lifecycle expertise and share knowledge with the team.
• Complete opening and closing checklists, including store prep and shutdown.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain compliance with all company standards and policies.
