Full-Time Security Guard - Patrol Position

About the role

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, is hiring a full-time security guard for a patrol position in Rosemount, Minnesota. You will safeguard clients across a range of industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education and government. No experience is necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter; working conditions may vary by client site.

Required profile

• Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to a background investigation and a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Pay of $23.25 per hour, paid weekly.
