About the role

Levi's Chesterfield Premium Outlet is seeking a full‑time Sales Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and uphold the brand’s visual standards. You will support store management, step in as acting manager when needed, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established targets and KPIs such as conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour.
• Maintain flawless visual presentation and store housekeeping standards.
• Assist in training, coaching, and retaining a high‑performing sales team.
• Control expenses and contribute to overall profitability.
• Execute store policies and operational standards consistently.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to model and teach best practices.
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to communicate it to customers and staff.
• Leadership mindset capable of managing a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Reliability to assume manager responsibilities in their absence.
