Full-Time Sales Lead

About the role

The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in the brand, culture, and product to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role supports both managers and sales associates, playing a key part in the store’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through excellent product knowledge and brand advocacy.
• Surpass commercial targets and KPIs, setting new performance records.
• Coach, inspire, and hold the sales team accountable for both individual and store performance.
• Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to help the team achieve KPI goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑performance retail selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect at all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset and business acumen capable of delivering positive results.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lb.
