About the role
The University of Miami Health System is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to work in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. The RN will provide patient‑family centered care in a culturally competent, evidence‑based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver patient‑family centered care while adhering to quality, safety, and service standards.
- Provide culturally competent nursing care to a diverse patient population.
- Utilize evidence‑based practices to ensure population‑specific patient care.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred (ASN graduates have 2 years to complete BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum one year of acute‑care nursing experience.
