About the role

The Intermediate Care Unit Department has an exciting opportunity for a full‑time Registered Nurse to work in UTower. The Staff Nurse provides patient care through prescribing, coordinating, evaluating and delivering services in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and also directs patient and family teaching.

Key responsibilities

Prescribe, coordinate, evaluate and deliver patient care in partnership with the interdisciplinary team.
Direct and guide patient and family education.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred (ASN‑hired RNs have 2 years to complete BSN).
Valid Florida RN license with BLS and ACLS certification.
Minimum one year of acute‑care nursing experience, preferably in step‑down services.

Required skills

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
