Full-Time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – CA License

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Physician (MD/DO) licensed in California to join our expanding health centre in Scotia, CA. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive primary‑care services to patients of all ages, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary‑care consultations, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures.
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed.

Required profile

• MD or DO degree with an active California medical license and DEA registration.
• Eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Experience in primary‑care practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
